Time is Too Valuable

Time is too valuable to be wasted on meaningless conversations and surface-level relationships.

If there's one thing I've realized over this last year, it's that time is my most valuable currency!

As a coach and teacher, this year has provided countless daily conversations filled with honesty, depth, and vulnerability. I'm also blessed to have a solid group of friends, mentors, and family who won't shy away from going there!

The more these conversations, moments, and people fill my life, the more I realize that there's no longer room for the surface-level b.s. in my life.

This is what matters most to me today, because 'Relationships' is one of my core values. It's everything to me!

I highly recommend doing your own audit to get clear on who is just taking up space, cluttering your life, weighing you down, and stealing your energy.

From there, make the decision to 'trim the fat' and release who/what no longer serves you.

And for those people who do add value, provide depth, keep you accountable, ask you questions about your life, and show up with an open heart, HOLD ON to them dearly, give them more of your time, and share the love from your heart into theirs!
