Motivation Monday-Attitude & Perspective

Hey Everyone!

I want to remind you that life’s greatest lessons are usually learned at the most challenging times. If you are having a tough time right now, I promise you are not alone! Please remember that we are all in this together, and we MUST carry each other to the other side!
There are certain things we CAN control today, and I want to touch on two of the most important ones:

1. Perspective- It’s not the event that happened (or is happening right now), but the meaning we attach to it. If we can look for the lesson, always be willing to learn & grow, and stay in a place of gratitude (even if we have to dig deep right now), we will come out of this a stronger and better version of ourselves. That is a PROMISE!
2. Attitude- If we want to face and transform our relationship to unwanted feelings like fear, anxiety and stress, our attitude is the key! If we are NOT willing to face these emotions with an attitude of growth & gratitude, we get cut off from love, presence, creativity, and all of the other amazing qualities that allow us to live a life of purpose, on purpose!

Just for today…

  • Write down all of the things you can control, and take MASSIVE action on those things (Your Perspective & Attitude is a great start).  
  • Then, write down the things you can’t control, and start to become willing accept those things. Surrender!

If you can do this simple exercise, I guarantee that you will find freedom from the things that have been making you anxious, afraid and stressed!
