Below is The Shift to Sobriety Program Outline. It contains all of the tools you’ll be using over the next 90 days to create lasting change in your life. In order to get the most out of this program, I recommend you go through the steps as laid out and don’t skip ahead. Each week there will be labs that you need to complete and a checkpoint with me you’ll submit at the end of the week letting me know how you feel.
