The most important spiritual growth doesn’t happen when you’re meditating, on your yoga mat, or in a coaching session.
It happens in the midst of conflict, when you’re struggling, frustrated, upset or stuck in fear, and then you suddenly realize that you have a choice to do it differently.
The magic happens in the space we’ve created from our willingness to “be in the practice” every single day. And the coaching happens in between the coaching sessions, where we implement what we’ve learned, start a new healthy habit and stick with it. And as a result, this changes the way we show up in the world.
One thing we do have control over are the choices that we make. When we sit in meditation, practice yoga and/or receive one-on-one coaching, we cultivate more awareness in our lives. And it’s this awareness that allows us to be a better person and make better choices in our lives.
