Physical Recovery is a MUST!

Recovery is where the rebuild happens, and for me, it's an everyday MUST!

When you recover, you give your body a chance to adapt to the stress you put through with your exercise, training, and sport.

Biologically, your body is the only thing that heals your body! So, listen to your body. Give it love through restoration, recovery, and relaxation.

This is an essential part of your self-care practice!

And remember, never ignore your body because the body remembers everything!
