Doesn’t it seem like it would be worth your time to try and understand what it is about these situations that scares you so much?
Sometimes it’s scary to face a potential change when you don’t know what the other side looks like.
Trust me, I 100% get that!
However, one of the greatest lessons I learned through my past struggles with addiction was to find comfort in the discomfort. I had to turn and face what I’d been running from.
The discomfort became my teacher and could no longer be ignored. It was a calling to lean in, let go, and allow love to flow through!
